I have been a customer of Jiffy Lube for over 12 years. I sent my Daughter for an oil change to this location and she ended up with a $512.16 bill. They completely took advantage of her by offering her services she did not need. They told her the final total for her oil change was $109. At the end, they charged the card for $512.16 for the additional services (brake fluid check/refill) she did not ask for. When I spoke to the manager and asked for a copy of the services they performed, half of the page they printed was blank. When I said to him that they performed services we did not want, he told me to “get the fuck out my shop” or he will call the cops. Never in my life I have been treated with such of disrespect. I will never go back to this place!
