I tried to make a timely payment but couldn't because of a poor instruction from the digital clerk. I tried calling someone about this, and discovered that you've canceled all your business phone numbers so there's no one to whom I can address the problem and get a solution. The bad instruction was about the expiration date on my debit card. The instruction said to give a 2-digit expiration date. My card expires in March of 2026 or 03-26, but the computer8zed reply says my actual 4-digit expiry date is incorrect. The digital voice only captures the last digit of my attempt to put 03-26. Please get back to me with a solution as I'd still to tender timely payment of the $220 I owe for May.
