For the past 15 years, we have been devoted customers. Every five years, we replace our home gym equipment. This will be the last time I deal with this dreadful corporation. Customer service is abysmal. We wrote Richard Miller, the CEO, a letter. He didn't answer at all. An Octane Seated Elliptical that we purchased at full price less than a year ago is having problems. They don't do anything. Gym Source has utterly lost my trust. Purchase your gym equipment somewhere else.
