I've been going here for years. Michael and Den took it over in 2016. Suddenly it started becoming hostile there, as of 3 months ago, I would say in May, hard to make appointments, Michael was rude on the phone at another time when attempting to make an appointment. Aggressively stating were booked, without even checking the book? Started when my hubby started going in for pedicures, he was happy with Jen. I made appointments with Den. The phone just rings, now there able to hear whose calling. I have also observed them, turning away customers while I was there. Not sure what is going on in there. Not happy with the hostile environment. Used to be awesome. We've decided to go elsewhere. Happy customer happy life. Guess they don't want our buisness anymore. I wish them well.
