Drove out expecting a full service car wash, got a 35 minute wait for an automated washer. The exterior is DIRTIER than when I brought it in, they left grease smears all over my windows, didn't touch the mirrors, somehow they got some kind of black crap on my leather seats and the "air freshener" they used made my car smell like rotten eggs- not exaggerating. Better off with a hose and a rag at home, this place isn't worth a dollar.
