Terrible place to do business! I purchased a Grand Seiko watch that came with a (5) year warranty from Dan Broadfoot in January 2020 and the crown stopped working properly in July 2020. Seiko refused to warrant the crown making multiple excuses why they wouldn't deflecting me back to this retail store. The repair estimate is $845. Dan deflected me back to Seiko so I filed a Better Business Bureau Complaint in February 2021 which they ignored. I finally filed a small claims case in Collin County, Texas and was awarded a judgement for covering this warranty. It's Small Claims case number: 01-SC-22-00045 in Collin County, Texas. I wasted two years of my life getting this resolved and strongly advise you never purchase anything from this store or Dan Broadfoot.
