Very unorganized and unprofessional. Their underwriter waited until 3 whole days prior to closing to deny me a loan for something small that could have been under care weeks before, costing me approximately $2500 that I would never see again. Communication is lacking seriously. Do not use this bank for a residential loan! Waste of time and money.
